Smart homes, from import to installation
pametendom.com is run by Domotika DOOEL, a Macedonian company specialising in smart home systems: import, distribution and complete installation.
We started with one goal: to make the smart home accessible to everyone. Today we are the official distributor of Aqara, Shelly, Tedee, Meross, Sonos, Homey and Home Assistant in North Macedonia, with completed projects across the country, from Skopje to Ohrid.

Do the devices work with my iPhone or Android phone?
Yes. The devices we offer work with Apple Home (iPhone), Google Home (Android) and Amazon Alexa. Many models also support Matter, the shared standard that works with all three at once. If you're unsure about a specific device, ask us before you buy.
Can I mix devices from different brands?
Yes. Through Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, Matter or a hub such as Homey or Home Assistant, Aqara sensors, Shelly relays and a Tedee lock can all work together in one app. Our guide “Which hub do I need?” explains when to choose what.
Do I need internet?
For remote control and voice assistants, yes. Many devices, especially Shelly and anything connected to Homey or Home Assistant, keep working locally over your home network when the internet goes down.
What happens during a power cut?
Like any electrical device, smart devices don't work without power. Battery sensors keep running, and Ajax hubs have a backup battery. When power returns, devices switch back on with their previous settings.
